Mr. Sunness has experience communicating with business valuators, vocational, psychological and financial experts, which assist his clients in achieving favorable results. He is experienced in the court system and with the litigation process, however, many of his cases are resolved through alternative processes of dispute resolution, all in the interest of achieving an optimal result for his clients.
High Conflict Cases

Initial Consultation Policy for Family Law Cases
Mr. Sunness charges his hourly fee for initial consultations in family law cases, however, in the event the firm is retained, the fee for one hour of the initial consultation is written off on the client's first statement.
